Service Availability Notice

SimpleRemoter is a personal, non-commercial open-source project. It is not directed at, and does not knowingly accept users or data from, residents of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. If you are located in one of these regions, you are not permitted to register for or use this service.

The project is offered in Chinese and English only, has no EU-targeted marketing, is not operated as a business, and conducts no commercial transactions. Accordingly, it does not "target" the EU/EEA market within the meaning of GDPR Art. 3(2).

1. 我们收集什么

  • 账户信息：邮箱、密码哈希、昵称（可选）
  • 使用日志：登录时间、IP、浏览器 User-Agent
  • 反馈表单：你主动提交的联系方式（用于回复你的技术咨询）

2. 我们如何使用

  • 维持账户登录态与基本功能
  • 防止滥用与攻击（IP 封禁、限流）
  • 必要的服务公告邮件（条款变更、安全事件）
  • 我们不会向第三方出售、共享或转移你的个人信息

3. 数据保留

  • 账户与审计日志：保留 5 年
  • 登出后 session 立即删除
  • 你可邮件请求导出或删除你的数据，作者会在 30 天内人工处理

4. 第三方处理者

  • Cloudflare：CDN、WAF、DDoS 防护
  • Google Workspace：事务性邮件发送

5. Cookie

仅使用功能性 Cookie（登录态），不使用追踪 Cookie，不接入广告网络。
